We assure you that there is no reason to think twice or have any doubts before choosing the items that you like, because wants you to keep your shopping experience simple, easy and delightful, that’s why we will address the biggest Concerns/Questions that could come to your mind before you start online shopping:

How does this Return Policy work?

After receiving your order from and deciding to return it, you simply contact us through our email [email protected]

Please make sure to send us the Order # and the item code and describe the reason for your dissatisfaction.

After receiving your request, a waybill from a shipping company will be created and sent to you by Email, all you have to do is drop the package to the nearest Shipping company office to you.

Points that you need to know:

There are some points that you have to consider to avoid any issues that might cause a rejection of your return request:

- You must submit your return request within a period of 7 days since the receiving date based on the tracking number.

- Items should be returned as they were received exactly without altering, they must be sealable and the tags must be intact. (Not washed, not altered).

- All returned items will be checked once received and if any of the above terms are breached, the return will be denied.

- Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.

- There are some items that are not included in our return policy for health & other reasons, and can’t be returned: (Underwear, Lingerie, Swimwear, Perfumes, Electronics).

- Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, which usually takes 3-7 days, we will refund the amount it typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your bank/card issuer.

*Please note that you will not receive an SMS for the reflecting of the transaction; you will have to check your balance to know that the amount has been charged back.

- 25% of item price restocking fee applies to refunds.

- In case of defective items or wrong items only, Fees will be covered from our side.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Once returned items are received at our warehouse we will proceed with the refund process and/or store credit, you will have to provide us with below-detailed bank account information:

- The Full Name of the Account Holder.

- The International Bank Account Number (IBAN)

- The SWIFT Bank Identifier Code (SWIFT)
