1. Exchange & Warranty Policy
Within 14 Days of Receiving Your Order

If a defect appears after the first 14 days but still within the product’s warranty period:

If No Replacement Is Available
If we do not have a suitable alternative:

You may receive a refund of the amount paid,

A discount/credit toward a future order.
Note: Any exchanged item carries the remaining warranty from the original product.
2. Return Policy (Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind)

The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

The customer covers the return shipping cost unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
